Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made on puddingcats.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. About us

PuddingCats is operated by PuddingCats Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17319544). Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Correspondence and returns address: 11 Primrose Crescent, Hyde, SK14 5BX. Contact: mail@puddingcats.co.uk.

2. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, mispriced, or where we suspect fraud — if payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations, returns & faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights (including your 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and your rights in respect of faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.

6. Product safety & suitability

Our products are intended for domestic cats. Always follow any instructions included with a product, supervise play with wand and string toys, and check toys regularly for wear. If in doubt about a product's suitability for your cat, ask us before buying.

7. Liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for business losses; the shop is for consumers only.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
